My Take

I forgot to mention that I’ll be traveling to New Jersey this week and may have time to do a newsletter, but maybe not full episodes as I won’t be traveling with my laptop. In this episode that I recorded before the futures were out, I just went over what I was looking at for each day this week. As we all know, this market is news driven so things can change.

What to expect this week

S&P Rebalance didn’t happen - DIP BUYING OPPORTUNITY

The S&P did not rebalance so I was watching the Wolfe spaces crew live on camera ooohing and aching over $HOOD spikes and they did nothing for the first time since 2022. I’m not sure why because they do have a couple of stocks that need to be removed, but $HOOD, $APP and $TTD which were some that were expected - did not go up.

News over the weekend - expect $RKLB to be a hot stock this week with Trump hating Elon.

Here’s what I looked at for each day this week

Monday - $AAPL starts WWDC - expect the stock to do 1% to 2% but I wouldn’t expect huge things. Most things have been leaked unless they announce they bought an AI platform to help developers.

$CSCO has been on a tear and a great stock lately - look for it to continue.

Monday’s big IPO - $CHYM - Chime Financial - worth watching with what $CRCL did last week and $CRWV has been doing .

Tuesday - $GTLB is an interesting earnings play since it’s tech and $PLAY is one I’ve traded in the past. I can’t imagine it’s doing well now, but I have traded it before.

Wednesday - $ORCL earnings are HUGE. I have wanted to be in the stock and haven’t gotten in but I like it.

$CHWY has rebounded nicely

Options are implying a double digit move in $VRA - do with it what you want if you’d like to trade.

$TGT holds its annual shareholder meeting - don’t expect anything but if they outline some crazy growth or investments - you might see the stock move. They have to say something as the stock has been dead weight.

Thursday

$ADBE is an AI play where the stock has done nothing. Interesting opportunity but they’ve fallen behind quite honestly

$LOVE is a great brand.

$CAH has had a great run and they are holding their investor day

Oh - and the big thing - $TSLA is expected to launch Robotaxi - will we see Sean Duffy from the administration taking a ride in one?
